1/3 cup Butter
2 Eggs
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
3 cups Oatmeal
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter.
- Mix eggs, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Mix well, no lumps.
- Mix in milk and oats.
- Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until set in the middle.
- Serve hot with warm milk poured over.
