Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Butter

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 tsp Nutmeg

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 3 cups Oatmeal

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter.
  • Mix eggs, brown sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt. Mix well, no lumps.
  • Mix in milk and oats.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 35-45 minutes or until set in the middle.
  • Serve hot with warm milk poured over.
